REFUNDS
Setup fees are non-refundable once on-site work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not prorated or refunded for a partial month.
RECURRING SERVICE FEES
If your engagement includes monthly fees, those fees are billed month to month to the payment method you authorize, under your signed initial agreement and its scope of work. You can cancel any month-to-month service with 30 days' written notice to help@fizzimedia.com. Fees already billed are not refunded.
